Departure--Less than a Week

It's Sunday, January 8 and I realize that in less than a week, I will be on my way!  I have mixed feelings--so eager to see the sisters there and to begin my work there again.  But I'm not looking forward to the travel on the terrible roads, the smell of garbage burning, or wondering if each mosquito bite will be another case of malaria. The good news is the bag is packed and in the garage.  It's not quite full so I can still add the things I remember in the middle of the night!
